How can we help your Pelvic Health Recovery?
Our 6 Pillars of Clinical Service

Chronic Pelvic Pain
Working within a multidisciplinary framework, we provide empathetic, evidence-based management for chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, adenomyosis, and hypertonic pelvic floor conditions. Our sensitive approach addresses concerns such as dyspareunia and vaginismus through personalised strategies, including pelvic floor retraining and the option of utilising transperineal ultrasound imaging should you be more comfortable, in place of internal assessments.

Pregnancy & Postpartum Care
We provide evidence-based management for pregnancy-related conditions including pelvic girdle pain (PGP) and abdominal separation (DRAM), alongside clinical advice on birth preparation and exercise. Our comprehensive postpartum assessments address symptoms such as bladder leakage or pelvic heaviness, facilitating a patient-focused, structured return to your preferred exercise and leisure activities.

Menopausal Transition & Pelvic Wellness
We provide an empathetic, evidence-based clinical approach to managing the menopausal transition, focusing on bone health, joint stability, and pelvic wellness. This comprehensive care is designed to maintain your physical autonomy and health capital throughout the perimenopause and post-menopausal years in the Montmorency, Warrandyte, and Templestowe communities.

Pelvic Organ Prolapse & Pessary Clinic
We provide conservative management for pelvic organ prolapse through evidence-based pelvic floor retraining and lifestyle modifications tailored for the Montmorency community. As one of the limited private practices in Victoria providing this focused service, we offer the clinical fitting and ongoing review of support pessaries as a non-surgical management option to support your physical autonomy.

Men’s Pelvic Health
We provide evidence-based rehabilitation following prostate surgery (post-prostatectomy) to support the management of bladder control and pelvic floor function. Our clinical strategies also address concerns such as urinary urgency, post-void dribbling, and persistent pelvic pain for the active male community in Montmorency and the Nillumbik region.

Children’s Continence
We provide gentle, evidence-based clinical care for paediatric patients in Montmorency experiencing bladder and bowel concerns, including nocturnal enuresis (bedwetting) and daytime wetting. Our focus is on supportive management strategies for childhood constipation and soiling, helping your family navigate these developmental milestones with clinical confidence and care.
Advanced Prolapse & Pessary Clinic: A Rare Standard of Pelvic Health in Montmorency
Sustaining your physical autonomy shouldn’t be limited by a lack of local clinical options. As one of only a handful of full-service pessary clinics in Victoria, Monty Pelvic Physio provides a sophisticated, non-surgical pathway for managing pelvic organ prolapse. We understand that for the active woman, maintaining social dignity and “health capital” is non-negotiable.
Our clinical approach moves beyond generic advice, offering evidence-based pessary fitting and proactive management strategies right here in Montmorency. Whether you are navigating postpartum changes or seeking longevity in your mature years, our clinic serves as a regional hub for those in Warrandyte, Eltham, and Templestowe who require a higher standard of conservative care. We provide the professional validation and clinical excellence necessary to ensure your world never has to contract due to prolapse symptoms.
